To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed full-time employee for a permanent position starting immediately.
Customer support and care: Proactive and reactive interaction with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Sales support: Supporting the sales team by creating and following up on offers and orders. Managing and maintaining customer contacts and data to ensure a smooth sales process.
CRM system administration and process optimization: Selection, implementation, and continuous optimization of an appropriate CRM system. Definition, setup, and monitoring of processes for effective data management and customer communication.
Data management and analysis: Responsibility for the correct entry, maintenance, and analysis of data in the CRM system. Using data to generate customer insights and support strategic decisions.
Employee training and technical support: Organization and execution of training for the CRM system to ensure that all employees can use the system effectively. Providing technical support and advice on system issues.
