TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CONTEST
of PetRhein GmbH (AstroPet)
These terms and conditions relate to the contest of PetRhein GmbH, Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the contest is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. The contest is in no way connected to Instagram and is not organized or supported by Instagram in any way.
1) Duration of the Contest
The contest runs from August 8, 2025, 0:00 hours, to August 15, 2025, 23:59 hours (Central European Time (CET)). During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the contest online.
2) Contest Procedure

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered in the draw.
Only one entry per participant will be included in the contest. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning.
Participation in the contest is free of charge.
3) Eligible Participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons who have their place of residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
Should a participant have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the contest are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the contest and employees of the Organizer as well as their family members. The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified grounds, for example:
(a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the contest, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in case of improper conduct, or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the contest.
4) Prize, Notification and Delivery of Prize
The contest includes a self-cleaning cat litter box of the AstroPet brand of your choice.
The winner will be determined after the deadline through a random draw among all participants.
The winner will be notified promptly via private message. The winner must contact astropet_eu (via the Instagram channel) within 1 week via private message with their name, address, and email address. If the winner does not contact us within this period, the prize may be transferred by the Organizer to another participant.
The prize will be delivered by parcel mail at the Organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or to the winner's legal representative. Exchange, self-pickup, and cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Any costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
5) Early Termination of the Contest
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without notice and without stating reasons. The Organizer will exercise this option in particular if proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the Organizer may demand compensation from that person for the damage incurred.
6) Data Protection
Providing personal data is necessary to participate in the contest. The participant confirms that the information they have provided about themselves, in particular first name, last name, address, and email address, is truthful and correct.
The Organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available for their use.
