How often do I have to empty the waste container?

Based on tests of the Astropet Community, you should only empty the waste container every 10 days (with 1 cat).

There is for that Mercury Series A weight restriction?

With a volume of 68 liters, the cat toilet offers enough space for cats up to a weight of 9 kg (but at least 1.5 kg). It is guaranteed that your furry friends have enough space for a comfortable attitude and that optimal fresh air circulation is guaranteed.

Where should it be set up in the cat?

Please ensure that the litter box is on a hard, flat surface without carpet, otherwise the internal weight sensors cannot recognize your cat correctly. Place it at least 5 cm from a wall and make sure that there are no objects near the entrance.

How does this product protect my cat?

To ensure the safety of your cat, there are movement and weight sensors inside the device. The cleaning process is automatically interrupted when movement is recognized in the toilet or the cat enters the drum. While your cat is on our product, the weight sensors ensure that nothing moves until your animal leaves the cat toilet again.

How do I introduce my cat to the use of the cataclette?

Place the cat toilet at the same place where the previous cat toilet was located. If possible, use the same clumping cat litter as before.
