Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can change or cancel it, but be quick: our orders fly out the door as fast as a mouse being chased by a cat!

I have ordered, where is my delivery?
Your order usually arrives within 3–4 business days—about as long as your cat's typical nap on the sofa. 😸
As soon as your package is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email. This allows you to track exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.
Our chatbot (bottom right of every page) always knows where your package is hidden – just enter your email address and order number (which you'll find in your order confirmation).
My package arrived damaged – what should I do?
If the box is severely damaged during transport, you can refuse delivery—we don't want your package to look like a scratched cat tree! 🐾
If you have already accepted the package, please check the contents and contact our customer service immediately – we will take care of it so that everything purrs again.
I made a mistake in the delivery address – what now?
Contact our customer service as fast as a cat sprints to its favorite spot! 😺
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to change the delivery address for you.
My package seems to have been delivered but I haven't received it - what now?
If your package appears to have been delivered according to DHL, but you haven't received it, please first check whether it was left with a neighbor or at a branch. Also check your DHL drop-off location settings.
If you still cannot find your package, contact DHL immediately using the DHL tracking number we sent you via email in the shipping notification.
If all else fails or you can't find your tracking number, please contact our customer service directly. We will then initiate an investigation with DHL and ensure that your package is located quickly.

With us, you can test all products risk-free for 14 days – even for the most demanding house cats!
If you or your little furball don't like it, you can return it free of charge within 14 days - even if it has already been unpacked or used.
Don't throw away the original packaging – otherwise it will be a hassle when returning the item!
Please clean used products beforehand and pack them safely in the original packaging – then both you and your cat will be happy.

What is the guarantee?
Our products come with a two-year statutory warranty . But even better: When you purchase our products, you receive lifetime customer service – whether you have questions, a small part has broken, or your pet has hidden it again. The 5 most frequently asked questions about self-cleaning litter boxes
We answer many questions about our products directly on the respective product pages. If you can't find the answer there, you can always use our clever chatbot – or contact our customer service directly, who will be happy to help you personally.
How does a self-cleaning litter box work?
A cleaning cycle starts automatically after each use. Sensors detect when your cat enters or exits the litter box. During the cleaning cycle, the clumps are transported to a separate container, leaving only fresh litter.
Are self-cleaning litter boxes safe for my cat?
Yes! The restrooms are equipped with numerous safety sensors.
The sensors detect when your cat enters or leaves the litter box and automatically stop each cleaning cycle.
All materials are cat-friendly and safe.
Which cat litter can I use?
We recommend our Catsplan cat litter because it clumps very quickly and is completely natural, but other cat litter can also be used.
Fine-grained, fast-clumping litter is best.
Silicate litter or coarse-grained varieties are less suitable.
How often do I need to empty and clean the collection container?
Emptying the litter box really depends on the number of cats. It's usually sufficient to empty it every few days, but more often is better if you have multiple cats.
Individual parts of the toilets can be easily removed and cleaned; some are even dishwasher safe.
Will my cat get used to the new litter box?
In most cases, yes. The adjustment period often only takes a few days. Place the litter box in the same location as the old one. Use the litter your cat is familiar with. If necessary, add some used litter so your cat can recognize by smell where her snazzy new litter box is and where she should do her business.
Important: Give your cat time.
