Personal data is all the information that relates to an identifiable natural person. The following data processing takes place:

If you register for our newsletter, we collect the following information:

  • Marketing purposes  
  • Regular information on new products 

 

Legal basis:  

Data processing for the purpose of marketing and parts of product visits takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (1) (a), your consent. You have the right to cancel this consent at any time and cancel the newsletter by unsubscribing to the newsletter or sending us an email. We may send you updates and news by email if you have ever had a contractual relationship with us and the updates are similar to the product you have acquired from us. This is part of our contract if you order something from us, whereby this function is only activated if you have not contradicted the use of your email address and we inform you about your right of withdrawal in every email that we will send you. Here the legal basis, Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR in conjunction with § 7 (3) UWG, our legitimate interest in marketing our products and establishing suitable customer service. You can contradict the use at any time by notification to the above email address or by clicking on the cancellation link in the email without giving reasons without giving any other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs.

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art 15 GDPR and/or to request copies of this data. This concludes information about the purpose of the use, the category of data used, their recipients and access beneficiaries, and, if possible, the planned duration of data storage or, if not possible, the criteria for determining this duration, the existence of a right to correct, deletion, restricting or contradiction, the existence of the right to complain of your data, unless these have been collected.
